Day 3 - Again

So not productive to look back at how strong I used to be, or how close I was to recommended weight on some of the WODs.  Today is when I pick up the bar, swing the bell and lunge as fast and far as I can.

So much for nagging old  injuries which just won't heal.

So much for excuses that tomorrow is better than today!

Get dressed.  Warm up.  3-2-1.  GO.
